Smoking whilst imprisoned now comes with one year prison sentence.

In an effort to make the prison smoke free anyone caught smoking in prison will be sentenced to 1 year in prison.
The home affairs minister said “it is a strict policy but we believe this will keep the public safe from smoke related crime”
The move has been welcomed by those not in prison.
